I needed to exchange for a smaller size for my daughter but lost my receipt. In the meantime, they had sold out and it had been discounted. They were able to go off my credit card transaction, create me an account, and order the correct size to be shipped to my door. My daughter had also opted for another color which they were happy to accommodate. I had tried earlier at the Guilford location and found the staff there to be overly difficult about the situation, especially after the excellent service I received here.

The lululemon store had a lot to offer but was out of stock in many of the larger women’s sizes. I did, however, manage to find my brother a beautifully made shirt (Evolution Short-Sleeve Polo Shirt) in XL at the back with the We Made Too Much section for a good $20 cheaper than originally listed. Corrine was super helpful and patiently helped us despite the store being understaffed given the amount of customers shopping (back to school rush). The service was excellent and I commend Corrine for her hard work!

I am a huge fan of Lululemon products especially the bags (backpacks, beltbags) and the caps as well as their jackets. I am not very keen on the leggings as I am not very active lol. I am a satisfied customer, don't get me wrong. The reason for the 3 stars is that this specific location was a bit disappointing today. The queue was so long on the cashier. There were 3 cashiers on the till but it was super slow service. I don't know why. Maybe they were all new but maybe next time a little help from the staff at the back would be nice if they see it like that.

Visited Lululemon at Metrotown and had an amazing experience, thanks to Sarah, the sales associate. She went above and beyond to assist me. I'm thoroughly impressed with their range of tops and pants - they're incredibly comfortable for daily use. As a man, I appreciate the fit and feel of their products. Highly recommend!

Made a warranty claim at this store and was helped by Karen and Karin (not sure if I'm spelling their names right, two Karens anyway). They were very helpful and did everything they could to ensure I was happy. Very satisfied with the service I received from them - will do my future shopping here because of them!

Im loyal customer of this brand for the last three years I own more than 100 items from lululemon, I can't believe the audacity of the manager at this branch ! I tried to use my gift card in this branch to place online purchases, as advised by your own employees I stored my gift card on my App if in any case i lose the physical copy so i did that, as im asking them to place my order and the manager had the nerve to question if it was even mine. Accusing me of theft? Seriously? Not only did she offend me, but she raised her voice and threatened to cut off communication! This is beyond terrible customer service. If she doesn't understand the basics of her job, maybe it's time to find someone who does. It's embarrassing that such incompetence represents your brand. Either train her from scratch or find a replacement, because she's tarnishing the greatness of Lululemon!

Very Poor Service. One girl working was way too arrogant and was acting very over smart. Managers should teach her a good pitch while talking with the customers.

My favorite thing about Lululemon as a brand is probably their school come underwear policy. A while ago I bought maybe 10 or 20 pairs of their seamless underwear because it's amazing and sometimes a few of them have defects in the seams where it's just glued together and I come in and they exchange it and this time a very hopeful person named Sam made the exchange seamless haha pun intended and I didn't even have to lift a finger or go pick out anything on the rack and leave the lineup I stayed at the counter the whole time I got a nice bag and I felt great. The exchange was so efficient and it makes me look forward to coming back to this location and particular every time
